Request an appointment online using our booking form, or call our reception team on +61 413 901 807 during opening hours and we’ll find a time that suits you.

After you send a request, our team will contact you to confirm the date and time. Your appointment is not booked until it has been confirmed.

Before your appointment

• Bring your Medicare card and any concession or DVA cards.
• Bring a list of your current medicines and any recent test results or letters.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new patient.
• Let us know when booking if you need a longer appointment (for example, a health assessment, skin check or procedure).

Cancellations

If you can’t make your appointment, please call us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.

In an emergency, call 000 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
